Ezra Nnko is the Executive Director at the Centre for Geopolitics and International Policy. He is also an author whose publications have appeared in various news agencies across Africa, India, Europe, and America.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management and has received certifications in Global Politics from Università di Napoli Federico II, Global Diplomacy from the University of London, and Security and Safety Challenges from the University of Leiden.

Gustavo Alejandro Cardozo is a Non-Resident Research Fellow, researcher, and university professor with more than 15 years of experience in the field of regional studies, particularly in analyzing China's politics, economy, and culture. He is an expert on Asia-Pacific and Latin America relations, as well as the cooperation and development of both regions.

He is currently a member of the Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones Brasileñas (BRaS) and a senior researcher at Observa China (观中国), a platform for observing and analyzing Chinese realities from a Latin American perspective. Additionally, he is a professor in the Public and Institutional Relations program at the Autonomous University of Encarnación (UNAE).

Shakhboz Juraev is the Chief Coordinator of Technology in Global Affairs. His research interests include the roles of artificial intelligence in the defense industry, emerging technologies, the semiconductor industry, critical minerals, and geopolitics. He is the author of the book Hybrid Strategy of Cybersecurity: The Role of Information Technology Companies in Chinese Cybersecurity Policy. Shakhboz Juraev is a prize laureate of the "International Contest of Research and Analytical Papers on the Middle East in honor of E. M. Primakov." He earned his degrees from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University and the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
